It's easy to do. It takes a while to setup, but when you're done it's a rapid process to build solid new backlinks.

This seems to be a great offer on traffic increase. Is it a consistent increase in traffice, I mean will the amount of increase be maintained, unlike the traffic from social networks? Thanks for the anticipated response.

The traffic and value of any link varies. There are strategies you can apply to any link (such as building backlinks to a page linking to you) that can make any link more effective at driving long term traffic. The best links are not the ones you give youself, but those that others give you. Social media can be a great way to get the exposure you need to get more links from others. This strategy can be applied to build links to others that link to you as well.
